Entrepreneur, Business & Tech Leader, Software & Biotech Engineer.
I am a seasoned business advisor, entrepreneur, and engineer, and I enjoy solving complex problems creatively and working with organisations that help people concretely.
I’ve lived on three continents and continuously developed and applied skills in those areas, helping 20+ high-growth companies worldwide drive transformations, achieve organisational goals and move many teams forward. I’ve also created and led multiple tech and business events and communities.
See my LinkedIn ProfileI developed and executed the business strategy for my businesses, including my tech consulting company Crafties and my environmental literacy platform, Time for a Change. I also advised other startups and SMEs in this area, enabling their success and growth.
I successfully managed the strategic, organisational and tech changes and transitions related to the scale-up of startups, letting them harness the power of technology to seize new business opportunities.
I led initiatives and teams for the French national electricity project Linky (~100 people), enabled continuous delivery of value in a distributed-team context for a tech company, coordinated a school renovation project in Honduras (30+ people), among others.
As a consultant, I often adopted a systemic approach to analyse the organisation’s state through different perspectives and gain a deeper understanding of its needs. I was then able to manage the constraints of the systems at stake and enhance organisational processes.
I developed a free platform to help Honduran entrepreneurs manage their invoices. I also created a successful tech consulting company (Crafties) in Lyon, France. Recently, I started Time for a Change, an environmental literacy platform that leverages the power of collective knowledge to address our current environmental crisis.
I designed a fit-for-purpose research methodology to define the target segment and product characteristics that would increase customer engagement for a Canadian startup. I also advised a few other startups in this area and conducted market research for my ventures.
I want to enable a positive impact through my work and other endeavours.
And I love combining my passions and knowledge in business, tech and science to achieve this purpose.
At work, I foster open and respectful communication as well as active and empathetic listening.
I also strive to develop a holistic view of the organisation by considering all its components and stakeholders, allowing me to make informed decisions.
I always try to share what I learn along the way. This sharing takes many forms, from informal conversations to workshops, talks, videos, and blog articles.
